Environment

Website: https://c.hr.dmerej.info/ Browser: Chrome 122.0.6261.95 Website version: 1.0.3

Bug description:

You can add a new employee with the exact same email of an existing employee

Steps to reproduce

Click add employee
Fill the form with the same mail of an existing employee

Expected result

The form should block the registration and inform the user when he fill the same email input of an existing employee
