Environment

Website: https://c.hr.dmerej.info/ Browser: Opera GX LVL5 (core: 106.0.4998.76) Website version: 1.0.4

Bug description:

When you want to add an employee with long value in inputs you have "employee not been created : Server Error 500"

Steps to reproduce

Create employee
Create team
Add employee to the team
Delete team

Expected result

The form prevent the user from inputing a value that is to long for the database
