Add Overpass API support #1

Allow links from overpass. Set a timeout and maximum size, just in case.

Probably add an entire field, which allows for multiple tags: highway=primary,name~.+Lane (commans should be enclosed in ").

Have you thought about an integration with the overpass frontend? Check out the wizard. ;-)

Or are you just thinking about more abstract way of selecting objects to edit?
