Level0.osmz.ru is down #64

level0.osmz.ru seems to be down. osmz.ru and revert.osmz.ru are also down.

A lot of services under osmz.ru such as OSM Streak were also down. As of now, the aforementioned services are up and running after a couple of hours of downtime.

There's a possibility that this issue is similar to #57 and #62 (which may be confirmed or denied at a later point).

Is Level0 hosted anywhere else? It seems like the sever is constantly down these days :(

Alas nobody has set it up besides me :( Just rebooted the server, should work now.
