Update setup.py #12

Change README to md, so setup finds readme file in order to install properly.

The .txt file is generated locally from .md with pandoc. Here it is on the PyPi website. Do you think I should use markdown one instead? (For some reason, my rst is not properly formatted there)

Ah okay. I was installing Nik4 with python setup.py install and it was complaining that it doesn't find README.txt. But since you don't specific in your docs this as a installation method, it doesn't matter.
