Added nodes in micromapping mode have wrong tags sometimes (related to trees?) #706

I just noticed that a few POI objects I've added over the last few months have been tagged with some tags that don't belong on the feature I am adding at the time.

For instance, I've added some trees that end up with fire_hydrant:type, or bicycle_parking tags. In a couple instances, the actual node type is omitted, like this https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/11276048267 which is supposed to be a highway=street_lamp.

As far as I can tell, these tags are added after adding another object with those tags shortly before adding these things. So I added a fire hydrant with fire_hydrant:type, then a tree that ended up with fire_hydrant:type as well. Shortly after that, some fire hydrants were tagged as trees (see changeset 149838372 links below).

It seems to be related to trees, because as far as I can tell, the confusions always occur either by adding tags to trees, or mistagging other objects as trees.
