Make it possible to select languages for text, initially English or Nederlands. Replace hardcoded text in templates with references to text in internationalisation (i18n) properties.

Internationalisation added, included multiple translations. Can switch between English and Nederlands and will save that language in a cookie lasting for four weeks.
