Code from starfarers to include in this project.

Let's limit this to the galaxy code, especially the front end part of displaying and interacting with the map, as well as creation of galaxies. User Management has its flaws in the current iteration of starfarers, such as acknowledging game master and player as seperate roles, while we wish to grant each user the capability to either participate in or create new games. The styling of starfarers can serve as an inspiration, but it would be better to build this again, taking even better into account mobile screens and making use of SASS. As the pages are jsp, instead of thymeleaf, they will need conversion too.
