As a Admin I would like to create sessions so that I can organize my attendees

BR1: Sessions have the following attributes: time, name, desired attendees. BR2: Attendees can be selected based on gender seeking and gender (optional)

AC:

[ ] A new session can be created in the UI
[ ] Groups of desired attendees can be created by gender seeking, number needed, and optionally by gender

DOD:

[ ] All acceptance criteria are met
[ ] The feature has been tested for functionality
[ ] The feature has been tested for security
