Possible QoL Enhancements to FTC #40

I received a message from MariusEvander relating to adding some QoL features from a map that modifies our FTC.

Default Camera Position Over Opponents Dice
Num Pad 7/9 for starting/stopping the clock
Changes to the Reserves/Transports Area
New Tokens for 9th Edition
