there does not seem to be a file called `bdist_wheel` anywhere #59

When trying to install figaro, docker/singularity doesn't work for me, so I try to install it as a normal program:

python3 setup.py bdist_wheel

...there does not seem to be a file called bdist_wheel anywhere.
