Proposal: Add option to toggle auto-accept quests.

Command: /aap autoaccept.

Behavior: toggle auto accepting quests.

Technical:

Add Boolean variable autoAcceptQuests = true.
Add command to change value of this variable.
Before auto accepting quest, check value of autoAcceptQuests, don’t run function if flag is false.
