John has suggested that we change the moderator system around a bit, changes would include:
Anyone can be moderator, it would be stored by session, not userid (Including Aliased or Anonymous)
If current moderator leaves room, a "Claim Moderator" button will appear
*Anyone who clicks this button gets moderator status associated with their session, and will keep it until their session ends (Disconnects from site/room).
This allows a room to be created, without attaching an individual user to it, making it possible for a slackbot/hipchat bot to create rooms.
And if the original moderator is unavailable, means the users can still use that room.
