Group cards by tag #95

Besides allowing me to click on a tag to see all cards with that tag, it'd be nice if the swim lanes could group cards by tag. Could be nice for going over cards and grouping duplicates right off the bat.

Since cards can have multiple tags, there really is no good way to do this without making either a super complex UI that allows multi-dimensional swim lanes, or we would have to duplicate the card in multiple lanes if it had multiple tags, nether of which are really a good solution.We do allow filtering by tags, so that should mostly allow this functionality mostly.
