Global Bank Discussion

Herp in Discord has recommended a Global Bank be added. While in the past I've been very against such an idea, I believe this could be good to help new players as well as existing players not get fully wiped out when getting raided.

With such an idea, I have restrictions that are non-negotiable:

• Scripted limit of 500K, 250K, or 100K (needs discussion) in the bank.
• Bank can not be accessed at traders. Either at base, a specific location on the map (location safezone or not safezone is up for discussion), and/or at a new location such as a casino, as recommended here

Let's have an open discussion of pros, cons, and general opinions/ideas for such a feature.

To add to this, the global bank could be accessible from an ATM object, which I believe epoch already as an object for. This ATM object could be at the Casino (if added), at roaming (also suggested by herp), as well as placeable at a base. It could also be included in the starter kit for new players.
