Add full install instructions #32

Builds on #31 but includes commands here that could be useful to some people, certainly would be useful for an ealier version of me! Alternative is add a link to the issue https://github.com/a-b-street/docs/issues/29#issuecomment-1003972044

LGTM, thanks! I'm not sure what skills are safe to assume, but just including both a terse and step-by-step version works! It's unfortunate that the Windows and Mac install experience can't be this easy, but sadly, both of those are blocked on figuring out how to generate signed packages.
