broadmoor proposal #6

You can read it here: http://abstreet-www-preview.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/book/proposals/broadmoor.html

I got most, but not all, of the original layout to work nicely. There were a couple things that didn't play nicely with mdbook's own stylesheet (and the fact that the left nav can appear/disappear).

I'm sure we could come up with something that worked well given enough effort, but it feels like cutting across the grain. I think ultimately, once we have enough content, it would make sense to have this kind of content in a stand-alone marketing website for abstreet (e.g. abstreet.org), and leave the mdbook for the docs only.

Ok, thanks for the feedback! I think I've addressed all of it.

I've republished http://abstreet-www-preview.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/book/proposals/broadmoor.html with the latest.

btw, I'd prefer this just gets smashed into one commit upon merging, I just left the individual commits for now in case you wanted to more easily see my diffs.

This is awesome! Squash-merging and sending out for initial feedback.
