Update osm2streets web styles and dependencies #234

The main changes include:

removing the white body margin
switching to a sans-serif font
matching up the padding and border of the two boxes on the left
update dependencies (exluding vite 4 -> 5 as this breaks vite-plugin-wasm-pack)
formatting changes caused by npm run fmt using the new version of prettier

Good to merge whenever you're ready

I don't think I missed anything. It's live on https://muv.lelux.net/osm2streets as well and behaves normally.

Merged, thanks for the PR. npm run check is also happy, after adding missing types for it to understand some vite config stuff: e27777888a4223af541c1898f6d3d16ab660f8c4
