Playlists #2

Add ability to create playlists. Now Playing should be its own permanent playlist that you can add to it from the Playlist tab. New playlists will allow user to type in name of playlist, and then allow you to add games to it via a search, or a flow similar to the Library tab.

All that's left is the search filtering.

Now Playing and Up Next are their own playlists, but not visible in playlist tab.
