Proper iPad UI would be much appreciated, even if it's just the iPhone UI scaled to fit the screen. Currently, it runs in the iPhone-compatibility mode, which, at least for me on iPad OS 18 with the 12.9" M1 iPad Pro, has been unusually buggy.
The main issue is that the UI would rotate into landscape and refuse to go back to portrait with the button, but that could be a 18.1 beta problem. Physically rotating the iPad into portrait seemed to fix it, though.
Also, in landscape mode, the settings menu is cut off and can't be scrolled, but maybe that is an issue on "real" iPhones too.
