Start backend calculation from ui with sending some parameters:

[x] host of api-server with db (e.g. "0.0.0.0");
[x] port of api-server with db (e.g. "8080");
[x] ~~probably some db related parameters (e.g. db name, auth token)~~ (not planned);
[x] additional parameters (identifiers of ship and project);

Currently at some stage of passing input parameters from ui to backend, an error occurs:

[x] find and fix an error;
