PR Description

This PR fixes a wide range of issues with the NumpySurface class, making it far more useful, fast, and stable.

The main architectural changes are:

Removing all layer logic from NumpySurface, vastly simplifying the code and removing the need for rendering
Rewriting much of the internal code to use the Pillow library for surface scaling, masking, and alpha blending.
Reorganizing the KLGraphics module to better separate utilities and core drawing functions from the __init__.py file
Removed a number of broken and problematic NumpySurface methods (e.g. rotate, resize)
Added a wide range of new methods and attributes (e.g. trim, flip_left, surface_c, etc.)
