Outline Crucial Conversations Demo #3

Recent experiences with challenging/sensitive conversations, combined with reading about how to handle them well, lead me to believe that it's possible to design a form that facilitates positive outcomes through effective preparation.

The idea behind this issue is to design a sandbox demo app to put the sandbox through its paces, and create a useful tool in the process.

Stages

Still needs some work. Here's a rough outline.

(It's likely the order will remain similar, but the descriptions will change based on the scenario)

Situation:
  Existing problems
  Future Opportunities
Who is involved?
  Myself
  Myself + Another person
  Myself + Multiple other people
What are the stories?
Description: When things happen, we tell ourselves a story about what happened. This is the place to write those.
Write out the facts
We often tell ourselves stories about what happened, and that obscures our view of what actually took place. What happened in the previous section that a fly on the wall would have observed. It can be helpful to write these in the 3rd person.
Consider alternate stories:
What events possibly precipitated the facts?
    6 categories:
      Willingness Structural
      Willingness Societal
      Willingness Personal
      Ability Structural
      Ability Societal
      Ability Personal
What stage?
  Content Instance
  Pattern
  Relationship
Consider actions
  Discuss
  Leave unsaid
  Fix
  Accept
Consider consequences of those actions
  Personally
  Socially
Determine What I want:
  For myself
  For other(s) involved
  For the relationship
Start the conversation
  First 30 seconds
  Rest of it.
  Closing out.
