[BUG] Get ready time not defaulting to 10 seconds #147

Describe the bug

When creating a new workout, the get ready time defaults to 0 and not 10 unless the Additional Configuration expansion tile has been opened.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new workout/interval timer.
  2. Fill out details, do not open Additional Configuration.
  3. View workout details, there will be no Get ready time.

Expected behavior Get ready time defaults to 10 seconds.
