Docked ApplicationControlBar ignores skin #3

1. Compile and open the attached file
2. Follow the "Login" button
3. Mote the ApplicationControlBar instance at the top

Instead of being skinned the way it is when not docked, when docked the
ApplicationControlBar is the default Flex style.

Using 1.0.4 on Flex 3.0.2 on Windows.

Workaround: use a solid fill color/gradient in the symbol
ApplicationControlBar_BackgroundSkin
