Music from shared folder on NAS #2

Hi, thank you very much for this great add-on for home assistant. Working good. One question: is there a way to play music, get playlists and radio stations from a shared folder on a NAS? I have not found a way to define that... Thank you very much in advance! yours sincerely Peter

Hello,

i'm quite new to home assistant, but the folder which this AddOn is using is /share/owntone with a sub folder music in it. I only build this add on to stream my radio stations to my home pods and not use the network streaming functionality from owntone yet.

I hope this helps a little bit. If you figure out how to use this /share/owntone folder, please let me know, i can extend the documentation.

Hi, I am also a newby to home assistant, but find it really interesting! Your usecase is exactly what I want: stream internet radio through owntone to airplay devices. Problem is that every time owntone docker restarts, the sreaming url is gone. Do you have a solution for that? What i really want is a simple lovelace card with internet streams to play through owntone.... Any ideas? By the way: greetings from windy Kiel to Berlin! :)
