STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Change the price of an IAP on an account with thousands of IAPs
2. Attempt to load up item on a mobile phone with the Play store
3. Attempt to load up item on a tablet device with the Play store
EXPECTED OUTPUT:
Prices will match
ACTUAL OUTPUT:
Prices differ for up to 120 minutes after the price change was submitted to
Google

Unknown, Comixology app, newest version, v3 of billing api

OUTPUT FROM ADB BUGREPORT ATTACHED:
Not a device issue, no crash. Price merely reported incorrectly.
NOTES:
It's more a matter of understanding how long it takes to propagate a pricing
change into the system. It's obviously different for tablets vs phones, but
the question is why, and how long?
