增加功能，单击跳转页面 #30

插件很棒

现在是双击会新建页面，想要单击能够跳转的功能，因为我现在没找到可以通过插件直接跳转相对应页面的功能，还是希望可以有的

已解决，还是双击打开，空白的就新建，有的就打开
