I use a laptop running Kubuntu 23.10 with Plasma 5.27.10 wayland session connected to an external monitor. The effect is set up to use rounded corners and an inner window outline.
When I turn on the laptop normally and then connect a monitor, the effect works fine for windows on the laptop screen, but when a window is moved to the monitor, it loses rounded corners (while the outline still works).
When I turn on the laptop in a closed state and already connected to a monitor, then open the laptop, rounded corners work only on the external monitor.
When I turn on the laptop with both screens connected, the effect works everywhere.
Pressing the OK button in effect settings fixes the issue, but this has to be done every time a monitor is connected. Disabling and reenabling the effect also fixes it.
