Isd not connecting

a-pavlov commented 2 years ago

What is Isd?

Chuckie89 commented 2 years ago

I said KAD

a-pavlov commented 2 years ago

How it looks like? How many KAD you can see in the bottom of the transfers screen?

Chuckie89 commented 2 years ago

KAD: 0 And it is turned on in the settings. I have used this app for a long time and I don't know how to change from low to high id either

a-pavlov commented 2 years ago

Ok, seems the application can not download initial KAD nodes. If it possible you can try to remove and install the application with all data. In this case it will initiate KAD from scratch. Please check you have an access to KAD bootstrap nodes list. The url can be found here https://github.com/a-pavlov/jed2k/blob/15438004e88c8f2534a2ea0eb861a8ecd3c6025b/core/src/main/java/org/dkf/jed2k/kad/Initiator.java#L19. Also you can try to open ED2K links to add kad nodes to the application.

Chuckie89 commented 2 years ago

Oh well, your app was good for awhile.maybe you can put the last app back... Because now it is No Good...so now i will delete mule and move on

The old version link https://github.com/a-pavlov/jed2k/releases/download/2.0_res/jdonkey-release-restore.apk.

Same Problem here. Can download the node.dat from link above with browser and have other edk-file links added so it can bootstrap from them, connected to server too, kad ist always: 0.

Which ports does this app use? In "settings/listen port" it says "Port for incomming connections". What is this? The TCP-Port? Where do I set the UDP-Port?
