Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() timed out #19

I installed doker version off zabbix 6.4.13 I imported 2 templates I installed Agent on Hyper VM Host and ps1 scripts work fine but Discovery test give error ZBX_TCP... Result... no created VM Guest host on Zabbix Please help me. ps. What is manual config for (if discovery not work) VM guest host?
