VM Guest Discovery error #2

A situation may occur when VM guest migrates to another host and old VM is not discovered anymore which prevents the creation of a new host in Zabbix because of unique name constraint.

Fixed in https://github.com/ameiji/Zabbix-HyperV-Templates/commit/1d2aa5c44051cfcb214939f3b64ad8cde74f1e7c

Now the VM Guest hostname contains a hypervisor's hostname. Host Prototype is changed accordingly in the template (Template_Windows_HyperV_Host.xml).
