Multiple day spanning events ends one day too early #5

Creating a next year calendar for January 2020 now (12.Sept 2019) with day spanning events from 13.-18.January are displayed one day too short.

Same for other day spanners starting in January. (But day spanners starting in 2019 are correct) Perhaps a leap year problem, combined with the start of week setting not beeing set/reset corectly?
