Add cloudpath to ServerConfig #50

Proposal to add a cloudpath to ServerConfig in case nextcloud is not mounted at server root.

Thanks for pointing this problem out for the Webdav functions. Part of the server config ewas already present in the ConfigConnector, this is why I did some small changes to your pull request. It's now commited and released as v 11.4.0
