I actually recently added an option for that: --min_pass_len
If you update to the latest version (2.5.0.14) it should be there.

First thanks a lot for your nice and useful tool !
I am just asking if is it possible to add a minimum (and maximum) read length as new filtering parameters. Could be useful to get a quick view of what we can real expect for target sequencing; amplicons sequencing etc.
