feat: Custom LIS2DH12 Driver #24

New driver uses ST LIS2DH12 driver and bypasses Zephyr's sensor system. Ruuvi RAWv2 BLE packet used by default now. BME280 data still not as accurate as standard C FW. Once BME280 driver is implemented this will be resolved.

Implement Interrupts
FiFo readings.
