Replace "prep mode" with prep bowl annotations on ingredients

Prep mode as a whole page is overkill. What I really want is the existing ingredient list with some more planning / mis-en-place info.

Removed prep tab. Still need to think about how to add bowls.

My emergent way of doing this is now to use ingredient labels to separate groups for bowls, which works fine. I prefer emergent behavior over specific behavior unless there's some UX benefit.
