RX32F103CBT7 datasheet partially in English MS32F103C8T6 58 pages datasheet in Chinese MG32F103C9T6 datasheet in Chinese FCM32F103CBT6 you can guess

are you still having fun with all the 32F103 chips?

With the silicon crisis the supply dried up, but it is back. I might have another round of testing some day. Looking back, it seems some of the chips I've looked at back then are gone, and new have come. For one thing, my opinion that GigaDevice seemed a reliable replacement, it seems, they've been available most of the time. ApexMic, now called Geehy, is still around as well.

For now I am taking a look at the RISC-V variants (GD32VF103 and CH32V103), which I have lying around.
