Technical Concerns There should be little if any information that isn't already available via existing Horizon API calls. My hope is that the existing permissions infrastructure in Openstack will be sufficient to enforce much of the user/admin separation we desire. Else, we're going to have to get crafty.

As an A10 Horizon user, I would like to see a list of LB instances created/owned by me so I can manage them like any other Openstack instance.
