As an A10 Horizon user, I would like to see the aGalaxy console associated with my account.

\ Acceptance Criteria **

[ ] Link opens new tab with login info - future iteration will have federated auth.

\ Technical Details ** We need to work with aGalaxy team on this... being able to integrate some aGalaxy components in to the Openstack dashboard would be immensely helpful.
