a10-openstack support for v2 driver needed #37

v2 doesn't appear to have a VIP handler. Do we have a different strategy in mind (as opposed to the existing "update vip" hook that we use for the VXLAN driver.

Let's talk about this Monday (I'm hoping to have the bulk of VLXAN refactor wrapped up this weekend) and let me know what you have in mind.

v2 uses liseteners instead of VIPs - I assume we're going to consolidate a10-openstack/SSL support with v2 driver as they provide much of the same feature set.
