Issue Summary

The following links have contrast ratio of 4.35 : 1 and don't meet the required 4.5 : 1 contrast ratio:

"A guide to help you make decisions and seek appropriate medical care"
"Older adults and people with serious underlying medical conditions..."
"COVID-19 Cases in the U.S..."
"Cases, Hospitalization, Deaths"
