Remove the Contact page

This PR removes the Contact page. All it really does is collect scams, grifts, backlink schemes, and other unwanted and undesirable messages and I don't want to burden anyone else with that exhausting nonsense.

Hi Eric! Let me share a story: I must confess I use A11Y Project's Contact page as a real-world example of a form with "Error Summary" when the form is invalid on submit. Today I opened the website and... the link is gone!

By any chance, do you have any other recommendations with a similar (or better) pattern? Thanks! 😅

@sandrina-p Howdy! The contact page files are actually still in the repo but as you can see were taken down for mental health reasons.
