I would like to add a new resource to the list: Chart2Music, a javascript library that turns charts into music so the blind can hear data. This is an open source project that I work on, and it makes it easy for front-end developers to make complex data visualizations accessible. It's a niche tool, but if you're in that niche, it really helps.
