Updates checklist links to WCAG2.2 #1575

Fixes #1460

Updates understanding links pointed to WCAG2.0 and WCAG 2.1 to WCAG 2.2 links instead. This PR doesn't update the links in the posts. I wasn't sure since the posts are crafted by authors, if I should be modifying the links. Let me know what everyone feels.

If there are no objections, I am going to merge this PR so that the links in the website are updated.
