Bug: Selecting Test Suite for Test Plan with selected Child Test Suites toggles Child Test Suites incorrectly

Steps to reproduce:

• Create one root test suite and inside of that create two children test suites
• Create a new test plan and select one of the child test suites
• Select the parent test suite:

Expected Behavior:

All test suites are selected since the parent one gets selected.

Actual Behavior:

The child test suites get toggled:
