As I can't get js_wrapping_generator with pub get command: endless loop ?, only source updates are present. In fact, I can't generate built files.

For Dart SDK 1.24.2 and up-to date generation packages, tool/build.dart requires a14n/dart-js-wrapping#15 pull request.
