Js version upgraded so that packages like google maps which depend on both js and js_wrapping doesn't face any version issue
SDK versions updated
All packages updated and code fixed where i found deprecated methods

@a14n can you help me get this PR merged ? Or guide me if i need to mention any other details in this PR

Not sure what to do as I didn't want to put too much effort on this package because it is going to be discontinued once google_maps has been rewritten with the new js interop features.

@a14n actually there has been version clash for some packages we are using for our product. So i am ready to put in some effort and update this package, if you help me by letting me know what else to update or if the changes i have pushed is enough
