How to Install with cuda11？ #18

Has anyone successfully installed MUTR3D with cuda11+？I have tried many times but failed，every time failed when "pip install -e .", could anyone offer the version of various installation packages with cuda11+, thanks a million!

I know there are several operators in mmdetection3d/mmdetection which might be hard to install. I think checking the similar issues in the repo of mmdetection3d might help.

Another way is to remove them in softwares. I never tried this, not sure if this will work.
