This pull request adds Docker files and provides instructions for installing AI town with docker and with WSL2 on Windows.

Changes include:

Dockerfile and docker compose
Instructions for setting up on Docker with Docker compose
Instructions for setting up on Windows using WSL2
Updates to the README with installation instructions for both docker use and Windows with WSL2
